"This State Farm office is hands down one of the worst businesses I have ever had to deal with when it comes to communication, professionalism, and customer service.

Getting ahold of anyone is an absolute nightmare. You can call multiple times, leave voicemails, and still never receive a call back. On several occasions, I was told someone would follow up with me, only to hear absolutely nothing. Most recently, I was told I would be contacted over a week ago and ended up having to call back myself just to figure out what was going on.

I was primarily working with Cody, but after struggling to get answers, I spoke with another employee who assured me I would receive a call back within five minutes. Over an hour passed with no response. After calling multiple times again, Erik finally answered and explained that he had been on Teams and that Cody had told him she would call me back within five minutes. He then ended the call.

Another 30 minutes went by with absolutely no communication. When I called back yet again, Cody told me she had never told Erik that in the first place.

At this point, I genuinely don’t know who to believe. Between the conflicting statements, repeated broken promises, and complete lack of follow-through, I have lost all confidence in this office.

What makes this especially frustrating is that I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. I’m simply expecting a business to answer its phones, return voicemails, and honor the commitments its employees make to their customers.

These may be great people personally, but professionally, their communication and accountability have been completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase down their own insurance agents just to get basic answers or updates.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this State Farm office. If you value your time, reliable communication, and working with people who follow through on their word, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere."

I appreciate State Farm’s prompt payments that is thanks to prompt dealings of your staff ( recently filed claims for damage from hail and received prompt payments and services)
